Logistics Checklist

To ensure a smooth event, please confirm these requirements are met:

  • Space required: Approx 3m x 3m
  • Power point: 1x standard 13A socket nearby (within 5m)
  • Shelter: Must be indoors or fully sheltered (no direct sun/rain)
  • Setup time: We arrive 1 hour before start time
  • Loading bay access: Required for heavy equipment
